Retour Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the receipt of your item to submit a return request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Returns must be shipped within 14 days from the receipt of the return address. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted.
Please note that return shipping costs are at your expense.

- Order number
- Reason for the return request
- Photo of the product in case of damage
- Customer's first and last name
- Customer's address
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on the product. Please note that these costs may be slightly higher than average.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and find a solution.
Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (like beauty items). If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to confirm if the refund is approved or not. If your request is approved, a refund will be automatically processed via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note there may be additional time before your bank or credit card company processes and posts the refund.
If more than 15 days have passed since the approval of your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@novasjewellery.com
If an exchange is agreed upon, please note that you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED, AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE, TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE ABROAD (China).
